Warehouse racking and storage systems, engineered

Complete racking solutions for Sri Lankan warehouses: four ways to store more in the building you already have. Each system is designed around your cargo, your equipment and your floor, then fabricated, installed and serviced by our own team.

What decides which system you need

Pallet racking, shelving, mezzanine floors and light duty racks are four answers to the same question: how to get more out of the floor and the height you already have. Most warehouses end up with more than one, in different parts of the building. Four questions decide the mix, and they are worth answering before anyone quotes you:

01 How does the stock arrive and get picked?
Goods that move as pallets and are handled by forklift call for pallet racking, sized to the weight of one pallet. Goods picked by hand, carton by carton, call for shelving, often multi-tier, so the picking face grows upward instead of outward.
02 How many SKUs, and how fast do they move?
Many SKUs needing direct access point to selective racking. Few SKUs in large volume point to drive-in, shuttle or double deep, where you trade access for density.
03 Does stock rotation matter?
Date-sensitive goods need first-in-first-out, which changes the structure rather than the layout.
04 What is above your racking?
If there is unused height that racking cannot reach, a mezzanine floor converts it to usable area, often for less than the racking itself.

The wrong answer here is expensive in a way that is hard to see later: aisle widths set forklift cycle times, beam levels set lift heights, and lane depths set how you rotate stock. We measure the floor before we quote, because these decisions are made once.
